Returns Are Accepted If:
The item arrives damaged or defective
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item is unused and in its original condition
Returns Are Not Accepted If:
The item was custom made
You changed your mind about the purchase
The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges or store credit for damaged items. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Exchanges will not be approved without photos.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
